Vallombrosa guests enjoy delicious, healthy, natural meals. Our culinary team offers a unique blend of well-crafted menu items, and is always available to meet the needs of our guests. The full salad bar provides ample selections for those who are vegetarian or vegan. Furthermore, we will accommodate individual vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meals if notified in advance. Let us know ahead of time if there are any food allergies. Meals are presented buffet style
